What if I need to reach my child during the day?
Please call your school’s main office. Staff will ensure your child receives the message promptly.

What if my child forgets their pouch?
Each school will have a process in place for students who arrive without their pouch. Specific guidance will be provided by your school.

Can students use their phones on field trips, at after-school programs, or during athletics?
School leadership will provide specific guidance on phone use outside of regular school hours.

What devices go into the pouch?
Cellphones, smartwatches, and wireless earbuds (AirPods, etc.) must be placed into the Yondr pouch during the school day.

How are pouches unlocked?
At dismissal, students will unlock their pouches at designated stations before leaving school.

What happens if a pouch is damaged or lost?
Replacement procedures and any related costs will be shared by your school.
